Yesterday we had a tornado warning. I was a mess rushing to get the little ones from daycare before it hit. My neighbors urged me not to go get them as I might get caught in the storm but I could not even fathom having my babies without me at daycare during such an event.

 

We got home in record time and went into the basement with my neighbors and their kids where it would be safe. Thank goodness the tornado warning was just that and life resumed.

I had to take a break due to all the publicity surrounding Cullen. Now that things have calmed down I am ready to get back into the swing of things and return to all my friends here on the stream.

 

No charges have been brought out, he only has to stay out of trouble for a few months and then it will go away completely.

 

Now for the next fight; the Teacher’s Association Attorney said he was going to petition the Superintendent to have Cullen involuntarily be transferred to another school. A move I plan to fight but I have to wait to see if he makes good on his word.

 

Everyone here is doing well. My life is busy as always with the 4 kids but I am glad to be back. I felt so isolated when I wasn’t blogging.

This teacher is still harassing Cullen today when he went to school 3 different friends came to him telling him that the teacher was talking to a parent who was a chaperone about Cullen and the “threatening drawing” saying that Cullen needs help. Mind you they were having this conversation on a bus filled with 5th graders Cullen’s peers.

I called the Mulcahey School LIVID that she did this and that I wanted this investigated the principal told me that she did not have time to take care of it. Yeah but she had time to address and threaten a 10 yer old student of her’s with the teacher telling them he was going to have charges without asking him what the drawing about or what he may be upset about.

Next call superintended. Now lets see if something is done. Taunton has officially LOST their minds. I have to go to a hearing against the officer that released this report to the media tomorrow so wish me luck.

I wanted to talk to this teacher the day that it happened I requested that the teacher, the Principal, Cullen and myself and whom ever they thought should be a part to discuss this issue BEFORE charges got pressed and I was told the teacher was to busy now does that sound like someone who is CONCERNED about her student? She did not have time to talk to his mother or the child but had the time to make a two page police report with lies.

Please to my friends and family I am in DESPERATE need of your SUPPORT and PRAYERS. I feel like I am in a nightmare. Everyone in this city of Taunton dropped the ball and here I am trying to protect my son from that teacher and the school. Ironic as it is the teacher field charges to get him help?????????? I have talked to this woman twice this year for talking back once and not doing his home work yet he is the next MANSON, DAHMER or COLOMBINE by the nation?????????????????????????????????????????????

I deactivated because there is a media frenzy surrounded around my family and I feared they would find my safe place to vent but you know what???? I am not going ANY WHERE because this is where I have found so many friends that I consider my family and whom I love.

This whole media frenzy was caused by two key areas; The teacher making false statements that Cullen was troubled and needed help as well as stating that she heard his Dad was incarcerated and not in his life (those who know us here know that is not the case) then the police officer who faced the police report to the Boston Herald with My son’s name, address, phone and DOB an incident report that states an application for a criminal complaint will be sought NO charges have been brought yet.

Now I have tons and tons of people all over the web, TV and radio making assumptions of who I am and who my son is.

I am a Mom and I will fight to the death to make sure my Son sees justice through this all. I feel like I am in a night mare and have not slept for days. Cullen was not troubled before but now because of the teacher pressing charges and not following protocols he is afraid of the police and the teacher. My 10 year old is now sleeping with me every night because of fear and I stay awake most the night waiting for him to wake up with a night mare to be able to console him.

In fact he had a safety evaluation and he is fine, normal and not a threat to himself or to anyone else including this teacher.

PLEASE PRAY for us I need it badly through this fight.

My music for tonight is dedicated to Cullen and to being a Mom who has a maternal drive to protect her child from such evil. Cullen said to me the other night Mom thanks for always having my back.

It hurts me to see so many comments floating around about my son who I know the best depicted as a serial killer, the next Manson, a threat and much more.

People do not know the whole truth, that this teacher has not only harassed Cullen but also Darian when he was in her class years ago. People do not know that I requested a meeting immediately with the Principal, teacher, Cullen and myself to which I was told by the principal that the teacher did not have time and I would have to wait until Tuesday (which by the way would be today) yet this same teacher had the time the same day to talk to the police and file a 2 page police report (which by the way was faxed from the police station to the Boston herald with all of Cullen’s info on it, I have the actual copy with the fax header on it).

I was the one when I brought Cullen back to school asked for him not to be in this teacher’s class as he had been absolutely panicked about the whole thing and was afraid to go back to school because of the teacher and was afraid to be arrested in school.

In the police report this teacher whom I have talked to twice this year makes statements like she has heard Cullen’s Father was incarcerated and not in his life (which those who know me on the stream knows this is not the truth) and that Cullen had numerous behavioral problems that she tried to address with me but I did nothing. Give me a break she called me at first to tell me that she had told Cullen ‘Who do you think you are’ and he replied ‘me’ then again for not doing his home work one day. If he had numerous behavioral problems why didn’t someone let me know?

The teacher also states in the report that she wanted to file charges in hopes that the system could help the child (meaning Cullen).

I am so upset I have not slept in days. I know my child the best and it pains me to see him going through. I did not think he needed help before but now yes why? Because the police, school and teacher have traumatized him in such a major way.
