Here I am just like any other morning but add all the kids are home for the week oh yeah and I have to clean this freakin mess still
The kids had a great Christmas for that I am thankful. We had 3 of everything all most. Three remote control cars racing around,3 tins of popcorn,3 nerf bow and arrow sets with numerous bows flying around the house. Darian got a tattoo machine (with markers of course not permanent) so he set up shop in his room gladly tattooing his brothers on every inch of their body.
Here are some pics from their shop

Then comes the most fun I had for the day, dressing my daughter for her first Christmas. Finally I got to dress up a little girl! Here she is with her fist baby doll ain't she sweet?

Then my oldest and I went to visit my Nonny at the nursing home to give her a present. We gave her a little baby doll with a bottle as she loves Geneva always brings a smile to her face. She loved it sat there kissing it and feeding the baby the bottle.
I am thankful I was given one more Christmas with her. Thankful that I am able to see her on the regular as there were so many lonley faces there. In fact one woman asked me as I was leaving if I could wheel her into the cafateria because she could not wheel her self on the rug and there were no staff around. It was my pleasure! She kept telling me thank you thank you but it was nothing at all for me in fact by doing that I had some peace in my heart by giving back.
On a sour note Cullen (my 9 yearold) broke down in tears in his room. I asked him what was wrong he told me he was upset that his Dad did not call him or come see him for Christmas. I suggested that he maybe call him and he knew the drill by saying why he's not going to answer the phone.
I told him I would give him a call which I did. Just leaving a pleasant voice mail reminding him it was Christmas that Cullen was crying because he missed him. That it would be nice for a phone call it would mean the world to him. Even told him that when he called his info would show up on the caller ID that I would not pick it up just hand the phone to Cullen.
He never called. It shouldn't bother me because this is how it is but it is so easy to pick up the phone dial the numbers and wish him a Merry Christmas. That's all he wanted no toys, money or even a card just his Dad's voice wishing him well.
I guess this is just a peek at what's to come that he is not interested in being in his life.
